We're looking for a Marketing Working Student (m/f/d) who is excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing international startup. More important than your experience is your attitude: we value people who are proactive, open-minded, fast thinkers, and hungry to learn.
Tasks
⚽What You'll Do:
- Support our marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across different channels
- Help create engaging content for social media, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover opportunities and insights
- Assist with presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects with teams across marketing, product, business development, and operations
- Take ownership of smaller projects and help bring them from idea to execution
Requirements
🧰What You Bring:
- You are currently enrolled in a marketing related university program
- You are curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a startup environment
- You are creative and enjoy thinking outside the box
- You are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
- You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are fluent in English and German; Portuguese is a plus
- You have an interest in sports, technology, marketing, and startups
