Senior Product Manager
London, UK (Hybrid)

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager you will work within the Commerce Platform area of the PlayStation business, leading initiatives that drive monetization growth for PlayStation’s membership program, PlayStation Plus, in addition to commerce experiences for players.

You will expand upon the PlayStation Plus service to evolve the value proposition and support business goals to acquire new audiences and expand PlayStation’s reach. You will help shape how players discover, understand, adopt, and purchase our products, deriving ongoing value. Your work will support evolving monetization strategies, strengthen the value of existing offerings, and enable new growth opportunities across the PlayStation platform.

This role requires strong product leadership, a data-informed mindset, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences at global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the product strategy for experiences & capability that help acquire & engage members, with a focus on seamless experiences from acquisition to ongoing member engagement that serve new & diverse audiences and drive monetization growth.
  • Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of innovative new features working in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders across the business.
  • Drive analysis to drive decision making partnering with data and analytics team members.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners to align on outcomes, target metrics, and key use cases.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
  • Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to broader personalization and lifecycle strategy.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach — drive rapid experimentation, measure outcomes, and continuously refine.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of market trends in gaming, monetization, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital environment.
  • Experience leading cross functional, multi-faceted implementations where partnerships have played a key role.
  • Experience with subscription or membership platforms preferred (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).
  • Consistent track record driving conversion funnels, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
  • Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can synthesize context, present trade-offs, and drive decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong product intuition paired with a comfort navigating technical discussions and experimentation methodologies.
  • Prior experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or similar high-scale B2C platforms is a plus.
