Job Summary
Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a few qualified technicians for a TEMPORARY position performing apartment and townhome maintenance. We are looking for temp help in Greensburg, North Versailles, and the South Hills. These positions will last approximately 1 month to 3 months (could extend longer if needed and/or convert to FTE).
Pay and Benefits
- $19-24/hour, paid weekly
- Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation
- Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities
- Grounds upkeep and common area maintenance (may occasionally involve cleaning)
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Preventative maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal, reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
