What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot;
- Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability;
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems;
- Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs;
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, automation, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines;
- Actively participate in Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
We are looking for people with:
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure DevOps.
- Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc), monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Good active listening skills, and the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders, and other software engineers.
- Experience working using Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Differentials:
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Some knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
