Eliot is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in facility and community settings. Supervision will entail side-by-side interventions, encouraging evidence-based treatment and support. This position is embedded within Eliot’s Homeless Services Division and involves working in a permanent supportive housing program serving individuals who have experienced homelessness. The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in addressing the complex behavioral health and social needs of residents while helping the team provide effective, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services. |
