Flex / Regular Security Officers
Starting Pay $ 20.00
Customer Service experience or Security experience required
Must be able to work various shifts, may include weekends
Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:
- Physical Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols of the facility interior, server rows, loading docks, and exterior perimeters to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards.
- Incident Response: Act as a first responder to security breaches, alarms, medical emergencies, or facility issues, coordinating with management and local authorities as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, assisting employees, answering general inquiries, and professionally handling incoming phone calls.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs and draft comprehensive incident reports for any security or safety events.
- Device Proficiency: Must be comfortable using handheld electronic devices for report writing, logging data, and daily tracking.
- Post Rotation if Required: Must be comfortable with regular post rotation at the site, which includes alternating between active foot patrols and stationary monitoring stations.
Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to acquire 24hr Georgia, security certificate
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
