WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Affiliate Programs and Client Partnerships
Own the day-to-day management of affiliate and partner marketing programs, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. Guide clients and partners through planning, execution, and optimization while building trusted relationships through clear communication and thoughtful, performance-focused recommendations.

Develop Affiliate Growth Strategies
Create strategic roadmaps that align affiliate initiatives with client goals and broader business objectives. Identify opportunities to expand programs through new partnerships, placements, and promotional strategies that increase reach and drive measurable growth.

Recruit and Scale Partner Relationships
Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners to strengthen program performance. Evaluate partner fit, test new opportunities, and cultivate high-value relationships that contribute to long-term program success.

Drive Performance and Optimization
Monitor program pacing and performance across partners, placements, and offers. Analyze results to uncover optimization opportunities and recommend adjustments that improve efficiency, scale high-performing relationships, and maximize return.

Lead Reporting and Performance Insights
Own monthly reporting and performance reviews, translating program data into clear insights and actionable next steps. Help clients understand what is driving results and where new opportunities exist for growth.

Ensure Program Execution and Compliance
Oversee affiliate network setup, campaign compliance, and platform best practices to ensure programs run smoothly. Maintain strong operational rigor while partnering with internal teams to support seamless execution across campaigns.

Support Team Development and Collaboration
Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and performance support to junior team members, which may include managing a direct report. Foster collaboration across internal teams and help maintain strong communication, shared insights, and consistent execution standards.
