  • Support business development and marketing strategies through participation in industry events, community engagement activities, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant banking experience, including business banking, commercial banking, treasury management, deposit operations, retail banking, business development, or related disciplines.
  • Strong business development skills and a demonstrated track record of generating new business and growing client relationships.
  • Experience leading client-facing teams or functions with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate others while maintaining a strong service culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, deposit operations, treasury management services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to assess industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and leverage internal resources to expand banking relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in retail banking, branch management, commercial banking, or regional banking leadership roles preferred.
