Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as executive architect of multi-year enterprise strategy, working with the CEO and leadership team to establish growth targets, market-entry criteria, and strategic prioritization across core programs, venture partnerships, and earned revenue models.
  • Lead the decision-making process with CEO and senior leaders for scaling strategy - designing robust selection frameworks, sustainable economic models, launch roadmaps, and governing go/no-go decision architecture.
  • Direct a dynamic portfolio of strategic initiatives working with senior leaders across program and partnerships to design pilot programs, defining performance metrics, and support seamlessly transitioning validated models into permanent operational ownership.
  • Architect the enterprise earned revenue strategy, defining high-margin commercial products, monetization structures, and strategic partner channels to fuel long-term financial sustainability.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to design evolving organizational topologies, executive team structures, and strategic sequencing to support rapid scaling.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align multi-year capital deployment with enterprise growth priorities, establishing clear funding strategies and resource allocation frameworks.
  • Drive commercial placement innovation in partnership with the VP of AI Talent Placement, establishing scalable B2B talent integration models with leading employers.
  • Design, test, and execute rigorous trials, pilots, and experimental initiatives to pioneer new strategic pathways—defining market-entry criteria, ground-level success requirements, and target staffing models for launching commercial products, establishing new partnerships and entry into new geographic markets.
  • Lead a team of several direct reports who will support with analysis and execution of strategic roadmap.

Who You'll Work With

You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be a key leader for the organization, helping shape future direction across every function Program, Go-To-Market Job Placement, Partnerships, Growth and Earned Revenue. • Proven track record as a hands-on builder and operator who owns outcomes end-to-end, with deep experience designing and executing commercial trials, product launches, and multi-market expansions (defining unit economics, go-to-market criteria, staffing, and operational accountability).
  • Exceptional executive presence and credibility in engaging with boards, institutional investors, key financial stakeholders, and enterprise ecosystem partners.
  • Capability to direct capital allocation strategy, ensuring financial resources directly support core strategic expansion priorities.
