Saylor Agency

Los Angeles, CA

Production Coordinator (Campaigns).

$55K–75K/YR

About Saylor

Saylor is a social-led, entertainment-first creative agency based in Los Angeles. Founded by former entertainment executives, we set sail in 2021 to build an independent agency that rethinks how brands communicate with today’s audiences.

We believe every brand is an entertainment brand. That is why we craft ideas that move with culture, creating work that earns attention, sparks connection, and builds fandoms that last. Our clients include Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hilton, Anthropologie, and more.

We’re a tight‑knit crew of creatives, strategists, and makers who collaborate without ego, stay curious, and always show up for one another. We foster a supportive space where diverse perspectives are celebrated, hierarchy never blocks great ideas, and everyone is empowered to jump in, solve problems, and push creative boundaries together.

Position Overview

Highly organized, creative, and entertainment marketing-obsessed, the Production Coordinator will support the development & execution of social-first campaign and brand content for one high-volume account. As a supporting member of our Production team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Social, & Creative teams to support across all phases of content production, ensuring assets are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills—making sure no details are missed. And you have a keen creative eye—bringing inspiration and new ideas to the table.

  • Assist Producers with daily client communication, which includes but is not limited to: sending versions of cuts and working files, keeping clients up to date on work back schedules and changes, and consolidating client feedback.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, reviewing work to ensure it meets both Saylor and client expectations. This includes checking deliverables for accuracy, relevance, and overall excellence.
