Role Summary and Impact

The Programmatic Associate supports the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across leading Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), including Google DV360, Amazon DSP (ADSP), and The Trade Desk. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who are passionate about digital media and eager to build a career in programmatic advertising. Full training and development will be provided.

• Assist in setting up and monitoring programmatic campaigns across DV360, ADSP and The Trade Desk.
• Support campaign optimization to improve performance against KPIs.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and basic performance metrics.
• Learn audience targeting, segmentation and inventory management.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully.
• Complete required platform certifications and participate in ongoing learning.
• Stay updated on programmatic trends and platform developments..

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Has a good working ethic, as well as professional integrity, possesses good communication skills, and is passionate towards the digital/programmatic industry.
• Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suits: Excel, PowerPoint etc. 
• Knowledge of DV360, Amazon DSP or The Trade Desk is a plus, but not required.
