Our team thrives on solving the toughest engineering challenges and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in aerospace. At Venus, we’re looking for bold engineers and innovators who want to make history and redefine the future of propulsion.

The Role: Implementation Lead
The Implementation Lead serves as the operational bridge implementing core customer and operational programs with inter-department handoffs. Ensures seamless transition from contract award to delivery, maintaining momentum and clarity throughout implementation. • Operate as the central liaison for customer delivery expectations and performance.
  • Manage cross functional coordination to guide internal teams through execution phases (e.g., coordination with manufacturing or engineering leaders on delivering commitments).
  • Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and resolve challenges before escalation including development and delivery of written products and deliverables.
  • Ensure all implementation activities align with customer goals and long‑term success metrics.
  • Establish and document foundational processes that support scalable program growth (e.g., Customer Success program design in partnership with Business Development).
  • Serve as a functional coordinator for tours of Venus facilities for prospective customers, government entities, and partners, in direct partnership with the Communications department.
  • Partner with Business Development, Government Relations, Communications, and supporting operational teams to execute facility visits and stakeholder meetings.
  • Design, Plan, and Lead implementation of operational programs as designated by the Operations Department leadership, to include non-customer related programs and initiatives.
  • Support operational components of the program as scale increases; responsibilities may grow to include broader operational duties.
