The Future Platforms Team - Executing on EliseAI’s Future Products
The Future Platforms team is responsible for executing on the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team will blend go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with a mandate to push the frontier of AI and own everything required to take them from idea to market leadership.
Our goal is to take Elise from agentic AI to truly end-to-end autonomous operations, fundamentally transforming how housing operators run their businesses and how residents experience their homes.
Future Platforms will operate as a startup within a startup, run like a Seed or Series A company but with the capital, resources, and market access of a well-funded Series E, deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO) and founder-level ownership from day one.
About The Role
As a Growth PM on the Future Platforms team, you will help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy leadership role that sits at the intersection of customer insight, product innovation, and growth execution.
You will own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end—from identifying new opportunities, to shaping product direction, to driving market adoption. You’ll work closely with senior executives and leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Strategy to ensure our new platforms win in the market.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder: setting direction, making consequential decisions, and building systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead 0→1 initiatives: Take new platform ideas from concept to launch to scaled adoption.
Own cross-functional execution: Partner with Sales, Ops, Product, and Leadership to align strategy and drive results
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, pricing, early customer adoption, and scaling plans
Translate customer insight into product direction, blending data, intuition, and experimentation
Build and refine operating playbooks that can be reused and scaled across Elise’s core business
Drive decisions under uncertainty, prioritizing speed, learning, and impact over perfection
Influence and lead without authority, motivating teams toward action and results
Report directly into senior leadership, with high visibility and ownership over outcomes

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
