Please note: due to international clients shifts may vary from early starts to late finishes, with 2-4 weeks notice.
We’re looking for a Spanish/Portuguese speaking Professional Services Consultant to join our iSAMS Professional Services team, helping schools get up and running with their software and make the most of the system.
This is a varied, customer-facing role that combines software implementation, problem-solving and client training. You don’t need to arrive as an expert in every area. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a good level of technical confidence and an enthusiasm for learning. Over time, you’ll develop your skills across both the technical and training sides of professional services.
You could come from a software support, implementation, training, customer success, technical support or similar customer-facing environment.
What will you be doing?
Support international customers through the implementation and setup of iSAMS software.
Work with customers to understand their requirements and help configure the system appropriately.
Develop your technical skills in areas such as system configuration, data migration and data validation.
Work with customer data, identifying issues and helping ensure information is accurate during implementation.
Deliver online and, where required, onsite training to help customers confidently use the software.
Explain system functionality clearly to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.
Build positive relationships with customers throughout their implementation journey.
Work closely with colleagues across Professional Services and other customer-facing teams to deliver a joined-up experience.
Maintain clear implementation records and communicate progress, risks or issues effectively.
Build your knowledge of iSAMS and gradually take ownership of more complex technical and consultancy activities.
Contribute ideas and customer feedback to help improve our processes, training and overall service.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Ideally fluent in Spanish or Portugese
Experience in a customer-facing role within software, technology or a similar environment.
Confidence learning and navigating software systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
An interest in developing both technical and client training skills.
Good problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with systems or data.
The ability to organise your workload and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
Experience with software implementation, training, SQL, data migration, MIS systems or the education sector would be beneficial.
This is a great opportunity if you want to build a career in Professional Services and develop a broad skill set rather than specialising too early. You’ll gain exposure to customer consultancy, software implementation, training and increasingly technical work, giving you the opportunity to grow your expertise as you progress.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Impact: Your work will influence millions globally.
Growth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.
Belonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.
