About the role
This is an open application for those who are graduating in the upcoming years and would like to be part of a dynamic team. Whether you're in Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, or Product, your future role will involve identifying emerging market needs and trends, contributing to product development, and understanding how Sana can address the challenges faced by leading global organizations. You'll help shape the future strategies and structures within your team, focusing on expanding into new markets, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing the tools and processes that enable Sana to scale effectively.
What will help you thrive
Currently enrolled in a university.
Speak fluent English, and preferably one more European/Nordic language.
Possess entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability, alongside a relentless determination to deliver and achieve targets.
Passion about workforce efficiencies and deeply committed to continuous learning and development.
A humble and curious mind.
