Regional Director, Sales.

FULL TIMEREMOTELEADERSHIPSALES & MARKETING

About the Role at RobCo

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.

At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Regional Director, Sales to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.

In this key leadership role, you will recruit, build, and lead a team of high-performing Account Executives to drive RobCo’s expansion across North America. You will establish operational rigor, and coach sellers to navigate complex enterprise deals and achieve target growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Recruit & Scale Talent: Attract, hire, and onboard top-tier Enterprise Account Executives to rapidly expand RobCo's US sales team.

  • Lead & Manage Sellers: Coach, mentor, and empower Account Executives through deal strategy, executive engagement, and active pipeline reviews to ensure individual and team quota attainment.

  • Drive Regional Revenue Strategy: Design and execute the overarching US sales strategy to penetrate key manufacturing and industrial verticals across North America.

  • Executive Stakeholder Alignment: Support team members in high-stakes C-level negotiations and build strategic partnerships with key enterprise decision-makers.

  • Establish Operational & Pipeline Rigor: Enforce strict pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting in Salesforce, and data-driven performance management across the sales organization.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and Marketing leaders to optimize sales enablement, alignment, and go-to-market execution.

  • Represent the Brand: Act as an executive spokesperson for RobCo at industry trade shows, executive roundtables, and key automation forums.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or comparable experience.

  • Proven track record of direct sales leadership, with demonstrated success recruiting, managing, and scaling teams of Enterprise Account Executives.

  • Several years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Robotics, or Industrial Automation Sales, closing complex B2B deals within the US market.

  • Consistent track record of achieving multi-million dollar regional revenue quotas and leading teams through complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

  • Deep knowledge of value-selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) applied to hardware, software, or Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.

  • High standard for data quality, pipeline hygiene, and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75% within North America for client meetings, trade shows, team events, and international offsites.

  • Culture-aligned mindset: Strong ownership mindset, high drive for results, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Why join RobCo?

  • Pioneer Physical AI: Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.

  • State-of-the-Art Tech: Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.

  • High-Impact Ownership: As part of a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.

  • Growth & Culture: Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.

  • Health & Financial Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits package—including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan.

  • Work-Life Balance: Unlimited paid time off including major holidays.

  • Global Exposure: Company-sponsored onboarding and team offsites in Germany.

  • Wellness Perks: Access to gyms and wellness perks through a ClassPass membership.
