About Sevaro

Sevaro is a physician-founded and led, tech-enabled virtual specialty care company on a mission to break geographical barriers and improve lives through innovation. Teleneurology is our first and foundational virtual specialty, and we do it better than anyone, with some of the industry's fastest response times, as we build out multispecialty virtual care. Our Synapse AI platform connects hospital care teams to our neurologists in seconds. Our name, from the Sanskrit for “selfless service,” reflects how we treat every patient: the way we'd want our own family treated.

About the Manager of Clinician Experience Role

The Manager of Clinician Experience plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of virtual neurologists within our network, from contract signing until they are placed on the schedule. This role oversees and enhances the overall clinician experience, builds and maintains strong physician relationships, and optimizes operational processes to drive satisfaction, retention, and compliance.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role.

  • Collaborate with physicians to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between physicians, internal departments, hospitals, and clients.

  • Conduct regular physician satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Clinician Onboarding and Training

  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding process so new physicians are well-equipped to navigate our systems and services.

  • Coordinate training sessions and resources to educate physicians on policies, procedures, and best practices.

Clinician Support and Issue Resolution

  • Proactively identify and address physician concerns or challenges, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions.

Clinician Engagement and Communication

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance physician engagement by building strong relationships.

  • Establish regular communication channels to keep physicians informed about organizational updates, changes, and opportunities.

  • Use physician feedback to personalize interactions and strengthen engagement.

Performance Metrics and Data Analysis

  • Define key performance indicators related to physician satisfaction and regularly analyze data to track progress and identify trends, such as completing onboarding within seven days of credentials being issued.

  • Use data-driven insights to develop action plans that improve the physician experience.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes related to physician interactions and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and reduce friction points for physicians.

  • Leverage technology and operational tools to streamline scheduling and proactively anticipate physician needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.

  • Telemedicine experience is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in clinician relations, clinical operations, healthcare management, onboarding, or a related field.

  • Strong multi-tasking ability and bias towards action, follow up, and urgency.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
