Senior Technical Project Manager (all genders)
Thorit GmbH · Böblingen, Germany · Hybrid · Full-time · Available immediately
About the Role
You will run our most technical client projects: AI and agent solutions, system integrations, and data migrations for enterprise clients in DACH and the Nordics. You are the person who keeps scope, budget, and timeline under control while the engineers solve the hard problems, and who makes sure that security reviews, data questions, and client IT processes are on the plan before they become surprises. If you enjoy projects where not everything is known on day one, this is your seat.
What You'll Do
Own timeline, budget, scope, and stakeholders for a portfolio of AI, integration, and engineering projects, from kickoff to go-live.
Structure AI projects in clear phases, from discovery to POC to production, with success criteria the client agrees upfront.
Navigate enterprise clients: IT, information security, procurement, and business sponsors, in German and English.
Surface data and integration risks early, so estimates are based on what the systems really look like.
Protect the project by turning scope changes into clear Change Requests instead of unbilled work.
Work closely with our engineers in Böblingen and Lisbon, translating between technical detail and client decisions.
Use AI tooling in your own daily work for reporting, documentation, and risk tracking.
What You Bring
Must-haves
Several years of client-facing project management on technical projects, such as integrations, data migrations, custom software, or AI solutions, in a consultancy, agency, or service provider.
Real ownership of budget and scope, not just timeline coordination.
Enough technical understanding to follow discussions about APIs, interfaces, data models, and AI systems, and to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with enterprise clients and their IT, security, and procurement processes.
German at business level and fluent English.
Nice-to-haves
Hands-on experience with AI or LLM projects, ideally including a POC that went into production.
Exposure to HubSpot, ERP systems, or integration platforms (iPaaS, middleware).
Working knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act in a project context.
Your Team
You'll report to the Team Lead Project Management, joining the Project Management Team within Thorit's Project Management Practice. On your projects you'll work day to day with software and AI engineers, solution architects, and UX designers from our AI & Engineering Practice in Böblingen and Lisbon, assembled into a project team for each client engagement.
Tech Stack
HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Forecast, Claude, Microsoft Teams, Miro. On the engineering side you'll meet integration and middleware platforms, ERP interfaces, and agent tooling built on large language models.
What We Offer
31 vacation days per year: 30 days plus one extra company day for Christmas or a holiday of your choice, well above the statutory minimum of 20 days. Baden-Württemberg public holidays come on top.
Hybrid working with two office days per week at our Böblingen HQ.
Company pension plan (Allianz) with an employer contribution from your second year that grows with tenure.
Business Bike leasing with the 0.25 percent tax advantage, full insurance, annual service, and free brand choice.
Lunch subsidy of 5 EUR tax-free per working day, up to 100 EUR per month, usable in restaurants, supermarkets, and delivery apps.
Corporate Benefits discount platform covering travel, tech, fashion, mobility, and insurance.
E-scooters at the office for local trips during the working day.
Real AI projects. You won't read about agentic delivery in a strategy deck, you'll run the projects that build it.
About Thorit
Thorit is the AI & CRM consultancy for the agent-native enterprise. Agentic means software that acts on goals instead of waiting for clicks. As a Diamond HubSpot Partner we work with enterprise B2B clients in DACH and the Nordics, building the agent layer on top of HubSpot and the systems around it, then operating it with them.
