Responsibilities
• Track and maintain Project level task trackers, deliverables, and communications
• Coordinate meetings and visits, including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or others as directed by the Project Lead Lead and directed personnel within the project
• Take meeting notes as to assist in the management and analysis for multiple schedules inside a large project
• Assist Project Lead with Knowledge Management tasks, such as project scheduling
• Support the Project Lead by demonstrating eagerness to learn about project programs
Required Qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Project scheduling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to clearly communicate issues and updates between teams and leadership
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Secret clearance
• Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments
• Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions
• Experience coordinating meetings and program scheduling
Salary: $80,000+ to align with education and experience
