半導体製造装置開発拠点・デモラボを支えるFacility Engineerとして、建物や設備が安全かつ安定して稼働する環境づくりを担当いただきます。
入社後は先輩社員によるトレーニングを通じて、設備管理の基礎から半導体開発施設特有の設備知識まで段階的に学んでいただきます。
・クリーンルームや実験設備の日常点検・管理
・電気、ガス、水などのユーティリティ管理サポート
・設備メンテナンスや工事の立会い・調整
・設備トラブル発生時の初期対応と関係部署との連携
・施設改善プロジェクトへの参加
・安全で快適な研究開発環境づくり
経験者はもちろん、未経験の方でも、実務を通じて設備管理の専門知識を身につけられる環境です。

・日本語ネイティブレベル
・英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
※チームは日本人のみで構成されているため、日本語で円滑にコミュニケーションできる方を歓迎します。
※直属の上司とは日本語でコミュニケーション可能です。
※選考過程では英語面接がありますが、高度な英語力は必須ではありません。

・クリーンルーム環境での設備管理・運用経験
・半導体業界、製造業、研究施設等での設備管理経験
・設備保全やメンテナンスの経験
・工場や研究施設での勤務経験
・以下いずれかの資格をお持ちの方
- 特殊高圧ガス取扱い主任者
- 危険物取扱者
- 毒物劇物取扱責任者
- 電気主任技術者
- 電気工事士 など
※上記経験・資格は必須ではありません。入社後に学びながら専門性を身につけていただけます。
■労働条件■
・残業は平均月30時間程度
・毎年4月、8月、12月に1週間程度の土日出勤あり
