Why we exist
Traditional banking has never truly given people control over their financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance, by making financial services easy and accessible for millions of users. We started with payments. Then benefits, investing, cards... And we're not done. The destination: to build the most loved financial platform in the world.
What acting like an owner actually means
This is the mindset that has run Satispay since day one. Satispay started when three friends thought paying should be simpler, so they built a way that didn’t exist yet. That’s still how we work today: someone spots something worth doing, picks it up, and makes it happen.

What happens when you apply? Every role is a bit different, so you might only go through some of these steps, and not always in this order. Whatever the outcome, we aim to give you feedback within two weeks.

30–45 minutes on your background and the role: the moment to see if we're a good match.
