We currently have some 140 employees across the UK and the US. As we continue to grow we need a dependable person to join our HR team and keep our people systems running like clockwork.
The Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be at the centre of our companies HR processes, key tasks will include:
- Maintaining our people records.
- Leading our onboarding and review processes.
- Supporting our benefits and payroll systems.
- Maintaining the employee handbook.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Providing general employee engagement and support across our HR policies and processes.
This will be a Full-Time role working in a hybrid pattern with time shared between home and our office in Abingdon. You should live within comfortable commuting distance of Abingdon.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in an HR administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Comfortable working with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PeopleHR, or learning new systems)
- A proactive, curious, people-first attitude - comfortable in a small-team environment where flexibility is required
- Contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement and development of the HR function
- Familiarisation with AI is an advantage
