At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

This is your chance to join our well-established small animal practice on the beautiful Sussex Coast, where work-life balance isn't just a phrase—it's a reality.

You'll work across three branches with a balanced mix of consulting, surgery, and procedures, giving you strong exposure to true general practice without the burnout.

You'll build confidence and develop clinical skills in a supportive environment where vets are encouraged to grow at their own pace

We have good staff facilities with a large restroom and kitchen. You would be joining a team of 6 other vets and 9 nurses. We see a wide mix of cases and offer a good general practice experience.
