What you will need to do:
- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for factory machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production line performance and implement improvements to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and continuously improve maintenance practices.
- Monitor spare parts availability and optimize maintenance costs while maintaining equipment performance.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports, analyze equipment performance, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant productivity and minimizing downtime.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance within concrete products manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
- Good understanding of industrial machinery, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures and conducting root cause analysis.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
