We are looking for 5 Junior Account Managers / Administrative Assistants for a great assignment in Rotterdam.
The work is mainly administrative and supportive. That makes this role a great fit for a starter, junior or young professional at bachelor's level (HBO) who wants to gain experience within a large international organisation.
What will you be doing?
You'll join a Policy Management team, where you'll support the administrative processing and checking of insurance policies.
Your tasks will include:
- Drafting and checking insurance policies
- Processing and checking data
- Drawing up allocation schedules
- Providing administrative support to brokers
- Coordinating with colleagues from teams such as Invoicing
- Working with Excel and various internal systems
- Spotting errors and making sure files are processed correctly
- Thinking along on how to make administrative processes smarter and more efficient
So you don't need to be an experienced Account Manager or insurance specialist. What matters more is that you work accurately, have strong administrative skills and learn quickly how to work with systems and processes.
- Has a bachelor's (HBO) level of working and thinking
- Is a starter, junior or young professional
- Works accurately and in a structured way
- Has an affinity with administrative work
- Has a good knowledge of Excel
- Has a good command of Dutch ( Mandatory ) and English
- Is a strong communicator and connects easily with people
- Can work independently and quickly picks up tasks
- Has an affinity with a professional/corporate work environment
Nice to have:
- Experience within a corporate organisation
- Experience with LEAN or process improvement
- Interest in AI / ChatGPT
- Experience in the insurance sector
Experience in insurance is not a hard requirement. We mainly look at your accuracy, administrative skills, ability to learn and motivation.
