POSITION SUMMARY
Prescribers put their name on every prescription, and they count on us to deliver the right medication, made right and on time. Our medications reach patients through prescribers, clinics, and telehealth partners. Many compounders work with the same molecules, and compliance shapes what we can say. That makes execution the difference: launches that land on schedule, pricing that protects margin, provider tools the field relies on, and prescriber-facing pages that convert.
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own one to two therapy lines with real revenue attached from day one, in areas such as hormone health, sexual health, aesthetics, and longevity. You’ll run launches end to end, keep the scorecard, execute pricing, and equip our sales team and partners to win. You’ll report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, and work within the category strategy, pricing structure, and formulary roadmap that role sets.
This is a hands-on role with room to grow. You’ll work close to pricing and portfolio decisions, own the commercial metrics behind your lines, and help shape how we launch, with AI built into the workflow. It’s experience that prepares you for broader category and portfolio leadership, at a company where marketing has a seat at the growth table.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Launch Execution
- Launch Management: Run launches in your therapy lines from workback plan to post-launch readout. Coordinate Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Quality, and Regulatory at each step, and bring a clear recommendation to the go/no-go decision.
- Launch Materials: Build provider materials, clinical reference resources developed with Medical Affairs, partner announcements, and web content. Carry each piece through Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal review while keeping it clear and useful.
- Launch Readouts: Track script volume, provider adoption, partner uptake, and reorders after each launch, then report results with recommended next steps.
Pricing Support
- Price Execution: Implement pricing updates, bundles, and clinic volume tiers within the established pricing structure across the 503A and 503B channels.
- Price Monitoring: Run regular competitive price checks across compounders and telehealth platforms in your therapy lines.
- Margin Tracking: Monitor margin and partner economics, and catch margin erosion, unplanned discounting, and pricing risks early.
Category Scorecard
- Performance Tracking: Maintain the scorecard for your therapy lines: script volume, provider acquisition and retention, reorder rates, and margin. Report monthly on what’s changing, why, and what to do about it.
- Roadmap Inputs: Build the market research, competitive sizing, and demand signals behind new formulation business cases and forecasts, and use them to inform the formulary roadmap.
- Field Intelligence: Join sales calls and provider conversations, review win/loss notes, and turn what you learn into messaging, pricing, and roadmap recommendations.
Provider and Partner Enablement
- Sales Tools: Build battlecards, objection-handling guides, proof points, and pitch support with the sales team, and keep them current.
- Partner Enablement: Create launch kits, onboarding materials, and ordering resources that help telehealth platforms and clinic partners bring your therapy lines to their prescribers.
- Compliant Copy: Draft copy and new claims with Medical Affairs and Regulatory, carry them through MLR review, and turn approved language into pre-cleared language the team can reuse. Write for what’s approvable from the first draft.
- Web Content: Keep your prescriber- and partner-facing therapy line pages current, accurate, compliant, and built to convert as products and pricing evolve.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Exceptional writing: a core part of this role is distilling complex clinical and commercial information into clear, concise copy that busy providers and sales teams act on.
- Disciplined project management: you run multiple launches, review cycles, and web updates in parallel, keeping timelines, owners, and dependencies visible.
- Fluency with AI as a daily working tool across drafting, research, competitive analysis, and managing multiple workstreams, paired with the judgment to validate its output for accuracy, compliance, and quality before it goes anywhere.
- Comfortable building where the playbook is still being written: you bring structure to open questions, make sound calls with the information available, and adjust quickly as the category evolves.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in brand, product, or category marketing at a pharma, healthcare, telehealth, or wellness company, or at a healthcare agency.
- Experience marketing to or through healthcare professionals, such as providers, clinicians, or B2B buyers, and a clear understanding of how that differs from consumer marketing.
- Experience taking work through medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review, with the skill to keep copy sharp through the process.
- A track record of finished work: launches you ran, sales materials the field used, and campaigns you carried from brief to results.
- Strongly preferred: experience in one or more of our therapy lines, including Hormone Replacement, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Sexual Health, Aesthetics, or Longevity.
- A plus: experience in Weight Management, including GLP-1 therapies, alongside one of the areas above.
Key Competencies:
- Customer Focus: Builds trust through customer-centric solutions.
- Strategic AI: Guides responsible AI adoption and adaptation.
- Optimizes Work Processes: Drives efficiency with continuous improvement.
- Collaborates: Partners effectively to achieve shared goals.
