Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns.
Clearly communicate client requirements to the respective internal teams.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
Follow up with team members on ongoing client tasks and deliverables.
Provide clients with regular updates regarding project progress.
Handle day-to-day client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolutions.
Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, and follow-ups.
Coordinate client meetings and discussions when required.
Prepare meeting notes and communicate action items to the concerned team.
Follow up on deadlines and ensure client requirements are properly communicated and tracked.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Identify client concerns and escalate important issues to senior team members when required.
Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day management of client projects.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication is preferred.
