About the Job
Work directly with the founders and take on topics across GTM, hiring and internal processes.

The Role
- Directly with the founders. Take on changing projects with high responsibility.
- Generalist. Topics across GTM, hiring, finance and internal processes.
- Berlin, 3+2 hybrid (first month fully on site)
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Strongly analytical and structured, grasps complex topics quickly
- Proven achievements with numbers, e.g. excellent grades or own projects with measurable results
- Generalist with drive, takes on topics across GTM, hiring and internal processes
- Ownership, works independently and needs little guidance
- Fluent in German
Should-Haves (Most should be met)
- First experience in a startup, consulting, VC or as FA or Chief of Staff (internships count)
- Hands-on with AI tools and automation, e.g. n8n, Claude or Make
- Finance and analytics skills, e.g. budgets, forecasts and decision-ready analyses
- Communicates confidently with founders, clients and candidates
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Haves
- Business school degree, e.g. WHU
- Own founding experience
- Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake or Looker Studio
- First leadership experience
- Open to a later move into GTM, growth consulting or sales
