Westview International Language School is seeking a passionate and innovative HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
- * Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
- * Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- * Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
- * Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related processes.
- * Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
- * Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- * Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- * 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.
- * Good knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian Labor Law.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Very good English language skills.
- * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- * Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- * Previous experience in a school/educational environment is a plus
