Eram Talent is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team. The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Support the team in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific roles.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Passion for connecting talent with opportunities and a strong desire to develop a career in recruitment.
