Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects
- Manage a team of electricians and oversee their work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations
- Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines
- Ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety standards and procedures
- Perform quality checks to ensure the work meets the required standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports as required
- Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP
