Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support patients and their families through clear communication and compassionate care
- Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Nursing, with an active STR Ners (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse
- Preferably in a hospital setting, medical-surgical / general ward / ICU / ER
- Experience in aged care is a plus
- Willing to achieve IELTS Academic (target overall 7.0), OR equivalent
- Candidates with existing English test scores will be prioritized
- Able to provide required documents, including:
- Academic transcripts (translated to English)
- Clinical training records
- Employment certificates
- Willing to meet the registration requirements set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong motivation to pursue an international nursing career
