Job Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Media Buyer who can manage, optimize, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in increasing revenue by leveraging data insights, testing strategies, and continuous campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
- Manage and scale advertising budgets ($20K–$200K+ monthly spend)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to develop high-converting ad assets
- Track, report, and present performance insights using analytics tools and dashboards
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing
- Proven success managing and scaling high-budget campaigns
- Deep expertise in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hyros, or Triple Whale
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or digital agency environments
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability
