About Our Client

Our client is a performance-driven digital marketing company that partners with international businesses to solve complex marketing challenges and accelerate sustainable growth.

The company combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution through dedicated, cross-functional teams of performance marketers, CRM specialists, data analysts, creative professionals, and technology experts.

Supported by proprietary analytics technology, these teams focus on measurable business outcomes, continuous optimization, and profitability.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Social Campaign Manager to take full ownership of paid social advertising campaigns, primarily across Meta, with opportunities to work across TikTok, Snapchat, and other social advertising platforms.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who has extensive experience independently managing, optimizing, and scaling large-budget advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in paid social advertising with analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.

You will work as part of a dedicated cross-functional team, typically supporting one major client, with a focus on campaign performance, efficient budget allocation, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid social advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta.

  • Manage substantial advertising budgets, making daily decisions to maximize campaign performance and profitability.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, revenue, and other relevant business metrics.

  • Identify performance trends, develop optimization hypotheses, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and internal analytics tools to evaluate campaign results and support decision-making.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting results, insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Communicate directly with international clients, explaining campaign performance, budget allocation, and optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with BI, Creative, Tracking, CRM, and other specialists to improve overall marketing performance.

  • Continuously test new audiences, creatives, campaign strategies, and advertising channels.

  • Take ownership of campaign execution and results within a dedicated client team.

Requirements

  • Senior-level hands-on experience in paid social advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.

  • Approximately 5+ years of practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Analytics.

  • Proven experience independently launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns.

  • Experience working with substantial advertising budgets and making performance-driven budget allocation decisions.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, campaign economics, and advertising profitability.

  • Excellent analytical skills and practical proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, calculations, and data analysis.

  • Experience using Google Analytics to evaluate advertising performance and support optimization decisions.

  • Ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance issues, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Experience preparing performance reports and presenting results to clients or senior stakeholders.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with the ability to communicate confidently in meetings, present recommendations, and discuss campaign performance with international clients.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

  • Commitment to a full-time role and long-term professional collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing paid campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, or other social advertising platforms.

  • Background in a performance marketing agency or an international B2C product company.

  • Experience working with US or UK clients.

  • Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.

  • Knowledge of marketing attribution methodologies and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).

  • Experience with performance forecasting and advanced budget planning.

What Our Client Offers

  • Fully remote, full-time opportunity.

  • Collaboration with international clients, primarily in the US and UK.

  • Opportunity to work with major international brands managing advertising budgets of $1M+ per month.

  • A dedicated cross-functional team with experienced marketing, analytics, and creative professionals.

  • Access to proprietary analytics technology and advanced performance marketing tools.

  • Significant ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and business results.

  • A collaborative environment focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Primarily European working hours, with occasional evening meetings to accommodate international clients.

  • Opportunities for long-term professional growth and development.
