Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and supporting financial documents.
- Assist in submitting e-Invoices to LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia).
- Support client deposits, withdrawals, and refunds requested by clients.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, records, and supporting documents.
- Participate in audit preparation and provide documentation when required.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or AI tools.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.
