Role Overview
Member Experience
Be the friendly face of MORROW and help create memorable experiences for every member.
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors throughout the facility.
- Support member tours, events, and day-to-day requests.
- Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment that reflects the MORROW experience.
Facility Readiness
Help ensure our spaces are always presented at the highest standard.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all member-facing areas.
- Replenish towels, amenities, beverages and other supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Ensure all spaces are fully operational, inviting, and ready for member use at all times.
Team and Operations Support
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support operational activities, event setups and special projects.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless member journey.
- Take initiative and contribute wherever needed to support both the team and our members.
Requirements

No prior experience is required. If you have a positive attitude, are reliable, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
