  • Review completed systems with owners and stakeholders, validating hardware configurations and installation quality against approved design documentation.
  • Verify that equipment and integrated systems successfully meet Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) requirements and performance expectations.
  • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and verified prior to project completion.
  • Support project commissioning, turnover, and handover activities to ensure a smooth transition to operations and maintenance teams.

  • Working knowledge of semiconductor site standards, procedures, policies, and quality requirements is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction activities, including mechanical, piping, HVAC, plumbing, process utility, PVC, and PVDF installations.
  • Experience conducting quality inspections, system walkdowns, punch-list management, and turnover activities in highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
  • Proven experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, client representatives, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Excellent technical reporting, documentation management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify quality issues, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer and project requirements.
  • Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), commissioning, and handover activities.
