What You'll Do
- Bring fashion to life online: Curate and optimize product presentation, categories and collections to create an inspiring, easy-to-shop digital experience.
- Make every product count: Manage product sorting, search results, navigation and recommendations to maximize visibility and drive sales.
- Stay ahead of the trends: Highlight new arrivals, key styles and seasonal collections while aligning with brand priorities, promotions and inventory.
- Turn insights into action: Analyze customer behaviour, product performance and conversion trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Keep the details on point: Ensure product information, imagery, pricing and promotional content are accurate, engaging and consistent across the website.
- Make it happen together: Collaborate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams to execute campaigns, launches and digital initiatives.
Who You Are
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or merchandising is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with web administration tools, merchandising and planning systems, web analytics and Excel.
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners across Canada.
