Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. Requirements
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but NOT required
- CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday to customer sites around the region
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
- Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.
