- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by building long-term business relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships and enhance the company's image.
- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations to meet customer requirements and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain continuous communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecasts.
- Set up meetings with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality customer service.
- Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Experience in Lead Generation and B2B Sales.
- Experience in the Software industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective business solutions.
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- English proficiency: B1 level or above.
- Engineering background is preferred.
- Owning a car is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
