Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.

- Monitor inventory levels and control costs.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
