Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. At Deliveroo, Marketing plays a key role in driving growth and shaping how customers experience our brand. We work across local and global teams, combining strategic thinking, creativity and a strong understanding of e-commerce to solve business challenges and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. If you’re entrepreneurial, hands-on and passionate about building brands and driving growth in a fast-paced environment, this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Associate to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll support the execution of co-marketing campaigns with our restaurant and grocery partners, helping bring campaigns to life through high-quality assets, effective campaign deployment, and strong brand consistency across Italy.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Partner Marketing team. This team bridges the gap between our commercial business partners and our marketing engine, creating high-visibility marketing collaborations that delight customers and accelerate marketplace performance through partners growth.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Support partner campaign execution: Support the delivery of partner marketing campaigns by coordinating the creation of marketing assets, adapting copy, and deploying campaign touchpoints in line with agreed plans and timelines.
  • Manage campaign timelines and inputs: Maintain an up-to-date campaign calendar, proactively collect the information and inputs needed to develop campaign assets, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Ensure brand and playbook compliance: Work closely with local and central marketing teams to ensure all campaign assets are aligned with Deliveroo brand guidelines and relevant local marketing playbooks.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Creative, Content, Campaign Management, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience creating and adapting marketing assets and working with design and content tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when reviewing assets, copy, and campaign set-ups to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and central teams.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive execution from brief to delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to prioritise and make decisions when needed.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and brand guidelines, with an interest in partner and commercial marketing.

Why Join Us?

At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving. We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:

🔧 Make a visible impact every day Your work directly improves experiences for customers, partners and riders.

🌱 Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment Work close to the market with autonomy, pace and real responsibility.

🧠 Build a career, not just a role Stretch yourself, develop new skills and grow as the business evolves.

🌎 Deliver together in an inclusive culture Collaborative, values-driven teams that support how you work best.

We aim to create a fair process that lets your skills shine—our interview typically includes 3-4 stages. Find more about how we hire here.
