Sales Development Representative UK & I
At SoSafe our ambition is to be the leading cyber security awareness provider in Europe. Our award winning platform triggers behavioral change by providing effective and engaging training on cyber security and data protection. Backed by strong VC funding such as Highland Europe and Global Founders Capital, focused expansion into the UKI market is the next step in our international growth. Our UK team is looking for a highly driven, results-focused Sales Development Rep to sell SoSafe’s disruptive solution to organisations across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Working closely with your Account Executive you will be a critical part of the growth mission.
Your Mission
Be the tip of the spear - generate leads and build new opportunities for the sales funnel
Qualify interest and book first meetings for your Account Executive, with a clear handover on what you’ve learned
Build and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline
Work in partnership with an Account Executive with director support from the Director UKI
Be an ambassador for SoSafe within a growth territory - on social media and in person at industry events
Your Profile
1-year experience in a professional outbound calling role (SDR/BDR, recruitment, real estate, utilities)
Understanding of SaaS and the ability to communicate the value of ours or your current proposition to the customer
Demonstrable track record converting conversations into business opportunities
Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
“Tech Savvy” and comfortable using the latest tools in research and outreach, including AI tools.
Growth mindset and make-happen attitude for life in a fast-paced scale-up
Fluent in English
