Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
โ Assist in developing press releases, media pitches, PR plans, newsletters, and other communication materials.
โ Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.
โ Support the execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand communication initiatives.
โ Coordinate and assist with promotional events such as press conferences, product launches, store openings, exhibitions, and media interactions.
โ Research industry trends, media opportunities, and competitor activities to support PR strategies.
โ Track, monitor, and compile media coverage reports and campaign performance reports.
โ Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of PR activities.
โ Support influencer outreach and campaign execution across various social media platforms.
โ Assist in preparing client presentations, meeting notes, and monthly reporting documents.
โ Stay updated with current media, communication, and social media trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
โ 1โ4 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Corporate Communications.
โ Agency experience is preferred.
โ Experience or interest in handling Fashion, Lifestyle, & Hospitality brands is an advantage.
โ Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
โ Good understanding of media relations and the PR ecosystem.
โ Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and digital media.
โ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
โ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
โ Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
โ A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
