  • Organize team-building activities that strengthen collaboration across contracts and disciplines.
  • Coordinate corporate outings and engagement events that reinforce XMStart’s brand and identity.
  • Promote a shared mindset culture, emphasizing connection, communication, and collaboration.
  • Align engagement efforts to employee development, retention, and organizational cohesion.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Culture:  Promote a people-first environment that invests in employee growth and satisfaction. Ensure consistent internal messaging that reinforces corporate identity and values.
  • Capability:  Support training, development, and upskilling aligned to contract and corporate needs. Enable performance management processes that enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Corporate Containment: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and reduce inefficiencies. Support leadership with cost-conscious workforce planning and reporting.
  • Customer Focus: Align HR strategies and workforce planning to customer mission priorities. Ensure talent readiness and responsiveness to evolving contract demands.
