About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Go-To-Market Intern to help us build Juna’s commercial engine. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Founding AE, driving the top of our sales funnel from lead generation and qualification to outbound campaigns, automations, and first customer interactions.This role is perfect for someone who’s already gained experience in B2B sales or business development during prior internships, loves building relationships, and wants to grow fast in an early-stage AI company tackling real-world industrial problems.
Your Role
- Identify and reach out to high-potential manufacturing companies (food, chemicals, cement, paper, etc.)
- Research accounts, build targeted outreach campaigns, and engage decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and events
- Experiment with sales automation tools and continuously improve our lead generation process
- Support creation of sales materials, demos, and case studies with the broader team
- Work closely with our AE to qualify leads and build a predictable pipeline
About You
- Student or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering or a related field
- First experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role is a plus, internships, working student jobs and student initiatives all count
- Strong communicator: you enjoy writing clear, engaging messages and connecting with people
- Organised and analytical: you like structure and improving processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious and not afraid to try new things
- Bonus: technical study background
- Fluent in English and German

- Berlin-based, on-site. We work together in person in our Berlin office
- Full-time internship, 3–6 months, flexible start date
