We build and operate fully digitised serviced apartments across Germany´s major cities – next step: Europe and beyond.And a product vision — the nanopartment® — that reimagines what urban stays can look like in the smallest possible space.

Your Role
You will work directly with the Executive Board.This is not a coordination role. You will be embedded in the decision-making layer of a company that is scaling from a German market leader to a European one. You will know everything that matters, before most people know it matters. You will make things happen that wouldn´t happen without you.
This opportunity is designed for someone who has worked successfully in a demanding, fast-moving environment and is ready to take on broad responsibility, contribute at senior level and grow with Homaris.
What You'll Do
Run the operating rhythm of the Board. You don't just manage schedules — You will bring structure, judgement and momentum to the topics that shape the company.Be the trusted interface to the outside world. Investors, partners, property owners, key clients. You become the person they know, trust, and hear back from quickly. You manage relationships with the same care the Board would — because you represent them.
Think ahead. You spot the bottleneck before it forms. You prepare the briefing before it's asked for. You flag the conflict in the calendar three weeks out. You work half a step ahead of everyone else in the room, and you make it look effortless.
Drive strategic projects. You don't just support decisions — you contribute to them. You take on cross-functional projects, coordinate between teams, and bring things to a close. You are comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
What Makes You a Fit
You've supported a C-Level or founder before. In a company where things moved fast and the margin for error was low. You know what it means to be trusted with everything and to earn that trust every day.You're genuinely excited about AI. You already use it to work faster and better. You don't wait for tools to be handed to you.
You stay calm under pressure. When things get complicated — and they will — you slow down, think clearly, and help others do the same. Your presence signals that things are under control.
Ownership. You see something that needs doing and you do it. You follow through. You don't need to be asked twice.
Sharp judgment. You know what matters and what doesn't. You read situations quickly. You know when to act and when to wait.
Discretion. You will have access to everything. That comes with responsibility, and you take it seriously.
Presence. You are based in Berlin, or ready to be – and you love to work together – in person - because that's how good work happens.
