We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:
- Design and build AI agents and multi-agent solutions for real business use cases.
- Develop AI applications using modern LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise data.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, business systems, and external tools using modern protocols such as MCP.
- Build context-aware AI solutions using RAG, vector databases, and context engineering techniques.
- Evaluate, optimize, and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI agents, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java or Python.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services and message brokers.
- Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
- Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
- Proficient in using version control systems such as Git.
- Hands-on experience with Public Clouds (Azure/AWS).
- Experienced using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
