As a Senior Project Manager in the legal, Regulatory and Community Team your mission is on time delivery. You will lead complex, regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards in execution, governance, and stakeholder management.

- Budget and Resource Planning: Ensure adherence to project budgets and optimal allocation of resources
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams, promote collaboration, and ensure smooth communication
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuously improve project management processes
- Reporting: Regularly prepare status reports for management and present project results
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services
- Very good organizational skills ensuring success in delivery through planning, executing, progress reporting, controlling, reporting and monitoring of the project activities
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members alike, on all seniority levels
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
- Resilience to stress
- Full professional fluency in English
