Our Purpose

✅ Empower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.

Our Mission

🏆 We aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.

Your role & team 🚀

This is your opportunity to help grow one of CreditorWatch’s most strategic products: CreditorWatch Collect.

Collect helps businesses manage their collections workflows and get paid faster. As our Account Growth Specialist – Collect, you’ll focus on expanding adoption and revenue across our existing Corporate customer base, helping customers get more value from the product while driving long-term growth for CreditorWatch.

You won’t be chasing new logos. Instead, you’ll uncover opportunities within existing accounts, understand customer challenges, demonstrate how Collect can solve them and own the commercial process from discovery through to close.

You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, who own the overall customer relationship, and partner with Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos and solutions. It’s a role for someone who enjoys consultative selling, knows how to build a strong commercial case and wants to make a tangible impact on both customer outcomes and business growth.

📍 Location: Melbourne CBD
💼 Working arrangements: Full-time, hybrid
🤝 Reporting to: Sales Manager - Collect Expansion

What you’ll own 🔍

  • Own Collect expansion revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing Corporate customers.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify and prioritise opportunities to grow Collect adoption.
  • Lead structured discovery to uncover customer pain points, workflow gaps and opportunities to deliver more value.
  • Engage stakeholders ranging from Credit Managers through to CFOs to understand their needs and build a compelling case for change.
  • Deliver a minimum of 20 discovery meetings per month, focused exclusively on existing customers.
  • Maintain 3× pipeline coverage against your Collect expansion quota, with disciplined qualification and forecasting.

🤝 Turn opportunities into outcomes

  • Deliver targeted product demos and work with Product Specialists on solution design and value-based proposals.
  • Own the commercial process and close Collect expansion opportunities.
  • Build proposals that connect customer challenges to measurable business outcomes, including improved cash flow and collections efficiency.
  • Balance revenue targets with quality of sale, product adoption and long-term customer retention.

📈 Work across teams to make an impact

  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to deliver a joined-up customer experience and maximise account growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and forecast reporting in Salesforce.
  • Feed customer insights back to our Product and Growth teams to help shape Collect’s roadmap and go-to-market approach.
  • Contribute to the growth of a key product and our broader net revenue retention (NRR) strategy.
